1. PURPOSE OF TREATMENT

It is optional for those who visit our website, Facebook or LinkedIn company page to provide personal information when using services such as contact us, registration of CV, commenting on postings, etc.
We may use the information about you for the following purposes:
• Use of e-mail addresses and mailing addresses for news releases, information about cargoes and positions.
• Provide you information about our company and assignments that we have performed.
• Provide you information about our services.
• Assess you as a current candidate for vacancies if you report your interest.
• For the collection of statistics, aggregation and administration of the web pages and services: Information is obtained by Google Analytics and will provide us with general information about those who visit our website.

2. WHAT INFORMATION IS PROCESSED?

We process both personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information about you. Personal identifiable information is information that identifies you as an individual (name, company). Non personal identifiable information is information and other facts that does not reveal your personal identity.
We collect the following information:

• If you contact us via our website, for example send us an email, relevant information could be stored, such as name, company and email address.

• When you visit our web pages, your IP address is automatically registered. We do not attach this information directly with you as a user. The information may be used to administer, improve and maintain our website. We do not collect information about age and do not process conscious information about children under the age of 15.

5. THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE TREATMENT

It is voluntary for those who visit the website to provide personal information when using services such as register CV, contact us, etc. In these cases, the basis of treatment is the agreement - or approval from you, unless otherwise specified.

This Privacy Statement applies to all users of our website.
