As a first step our clients will at all times have overview of what items / cargo they have in any warehouse and HUB globally at any time, and you can filter this on vessel, vendor or any other filter that might be relevant.
During transit you can always monitor progress, and live ETA is being updated in VisioTrack directly from the airlines and container carriers. Integration with live vessel tracker based on AIS data is also available on a shipment level.
As anything else in VisioTrack, every single user can configure the order / shipping tracking / visibility to show the fields / information that is of interest.
VisioTrack also includes functionality and module for pre-approval of invoices prior to K2 / Deugro issue any digital invoice. By following this process, we can avoid wrong invoicing and automatic approval of invoices if pre-approved in VisioTrack.
